Forget New Years Resolution... and take these three steps instead!


Every year we succumb to the new years resolution routine in order to fail miserably... well, unfortunately, most of us do. So what can we do to achieve your ambitions, not just in 2018, but in every year that follows.

  1. Choose To - Many feel pressured to fulfil an unrealistic number of activities or to please others expectations. Choose to do what really matters to your personal and business life. So adopt a new mindset and move from "I have to" to "I choose to".

  2. Be Selective - Explore and evaluate your goals and options before you commit to any engagement. Make sure you select the critical few things you want to work on and deliver successfully. This means to say respectfully "no" to most things enabling you to say "yes" wholeheartedly to what really matters.

  3. Follow Through - And finally, once you select and commit to your few vital goals ensure to define a plan with key measures so you can track your progress. This will enable you to continuously review your progress, learn from mistakes, reward key milestones and eventually celebrate your achievements.
